By the time my battery was delivered after 1 month of ordering, I had left my residence and the country. After countless requests to have it delivered on time for me to collect it, I was advised to have someone else collect it (I was leaving the country btw). I asked for the order to be cancelled as a result, no help. The company is not EU based (as advertised), customer service is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! The battery I ordered is now being shown as delivered although I no longer live there

My "old" Dell laptop has a dead battery so I need to replace it. Saw irelandbattery online and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a new battery and provided more details on the laptop the battery was used for. As agreed, I was notified by email about the status of my order/delivery. the important is battery quality

I ordered a much-needed new battery for my HP Envy laptop. The battery arrived in time, as described. This is easy to adapt to myself and seems to work just fine. Now I can finally unplug the laptop again and use it for more than 5 minutes!
