Laptop would only run plugged in. Old battery was swelled. Was installed in HP Pavilion. Error message on battery icon was fixed. Recommend installation be done by someone with a little experience.

Very nice battery and a third of the price of original laptop makers batteries. Even comes with 2 little screwdrivers which made installation much easier. Just looked up online how to install on an HP laptop and had it done quickly. Very well packed also. Highly recommend battery and company providing it.

After ordering this replacement battery for my Dell Inspiron 5559, I was pleased to receive my package just two days later. I was even happier when, after installing my battery, it worked perfectly. I had a functional battery again! Unfortunately, this did not last long. Just over a week later, the battery stopped working completely. I was very disappointed, after such excellent service so far, to have received a product that simply did not work.
