The battery is an exact match for the OEM. Little screwdrivers included a nice touch. Install is laptop dependent and my HP is a bear to separate the case. Seller reached out a week later to confirm receipt and see if all was well and that is a nice touch in today's world.

My 5 year old Inspiron 7573 had a badly bulging battery that was forcing the trackpad up. I researched the correct replacement model and chose this one after reading it's description and the many favorable reviews. It arrived in a plain but well constructed cardboard box with protective packaging, 2 different screwdrivers, and instructions that included how to calibrate the battery for optimum performance. It installed easily and has worked flawlessly for the past 6 months.
