This battery is perfectly compatible with my HP 15 laptop and holds a decent 2 hour charge. However, the shape does not perfectly fit the outlet but it doesn't affect functionality at all. Some other reviews here said that some of these same model batteries won't hold a charge though.

Great battery replacement for my HP laptop! I purchased this battery after my battery died and would not hold a charge.
