I love technology, but it can be a challenge for me. The irelandbattery for my HP lap top was a great buy! Easy install with great tips of taking care of my new battery. Will be using this brand again, and again.

Put this battery in an older hp, the ay039wm and it seems to work as a perfect replacement. Battery came partially charged (~70%) and is charging quickly. I'm a happy customer.

The battery arrived doubled packed and in great shape. I was initially concerned that the potential for damage to this battery was high, considering its' size. The extra packing effort was certainly worth it to me. This battery was charged on my laptop within a few hours. Customer satisfaction is important to me.
