The initial battery I got was a dud and they sent me a new one right away that works great and holds a charge for a long time. 10/10bwould buy again if I need to but I won't for a while.

I use my computer everyday for work. Then one day the battery said it was plug in not charging. I was hesitant to buy a generic battery, BUT I am so glad I did. My issue is resolved and I don't have to sit by an outlet to get my work done.I considered the HP site but after hours of searching and the Crazy price tag.
