What Information Helps Us Find the Right Battery?

  2. Original battery part number printed on the battery label, if available.
  3. Voltage and capacity printed on the original battery, if available.
  4. A short note about your device, such as laptop, vacuum cleaner, camera, power tool, medical device, speaker, drone or other equipment.
  5. If you contact us by email later, photos of the battery label, connector and battery shape are very helpful.
