For approved drop shipping orders, we aim to keep the package neutral where practical.

  1. We do not intentionally include promotional material aimed at your customer.
  2. We do not intentionally include your purchase price in the package.

4. Battery Compatibility Must Be Confirmed Before Selling

Will you include my purchase price in the package?

We do not intentionally include your purchase price in the package. However, customs or carrier documents may include required value or shipment information.

Who handles the end customer's compatibility questions?

You are responsible for communication with your customer. We can help you confirm compatibility if you provide the laptop model and original battery label photos.

Can drop shipping orders be returned?
